Subscription Terms

Version v1.0.0 · Effective 2026-05-12 · Last updated 2026-05-12

1. Subscription basis

The Aristo AI receptionist service is sold by Pixedi Digital Agency Limited (company number 16968210, registered office Flat 5-7 Leamington Road, Stockport, England, SK5 6BD) on a paid subscription basis. The plan, price, billing interval, and any plan-specific limits are presented before payment and again on the order confirmation. Stripe processes payments on Pixedi's behalf.

2. Billing intervals

Pixedi offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew at the end of each monthly period. Annual subscriptions renew at the end of each annual period. Annual subscriptions are typically offered at a discount relative to the equivalent monthly cost in exchange for the twelve-month commitment described below.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The applicable renewal price is the price for your plan in effect at the time of renewal. Where technically available, Pixedi sends a renewal reminder before annual renewal so you have time to decide whether to cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal of your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@pixedi.com. To avoid the next renewal charge you must cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not refund the current paid period.

Monthly plans remain active until the end of the paid monthly period; access ends at that point. Annual plans are a twelve-month commitment — cancellation prevents the next annual renewal rather than terminating the current annual term. Refund rules are set out in the Refund Policy at /legal/refund.

5. Failed payments and suspension

If a renewal or other subscription payment fails, Pixedi (acting through Stripe) may retry the charge in line with Stripe's standard dunning behaviour. Continued failure may lead to suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

6. Plan limits and changes

Plans may include limits on usage — for example a maximum number of conversations, leads, or other plan-specific metrics. Exceeding plan limits may result in throttling, additional charges, or a requirement to upgrade, as described at signup or in the dashboard.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and any pro-rated difference is charged or credited by Stripe. Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal date so that the current paid period is not interrupted.

7. Trials and promotional pricing

Pixedi does not offer a free trial unless one is explicitly shown at signup. Where Pixedi offers promotional pricing, the promotional terms and the standard renewal price are shown at signup; promotional pricing applies only for the period stated.

8. Tax

Taxes are handled by Stripe based on your billing location and tax status. Prices presented before payment indicate whether tax is included or added at checkout. Pixedi is currently not registered for UK VAT (Pixedi's turnover is below the UK VAT registration threshold). This will change if and when Pixedi crosses the UK VAT registration threshold or otherwise becomes registered, at which point invoices and prices will be updated and Customers will be informed.

9. Changes

Pixedi may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The version, effective date, and last-updated date at the top of this page reflect the current text. Material changes affecting renewal price, billing interval, or cancellation rules will be communicated to active Customers with at least thirty days' notice.
